<META NAME = revisit-after – This is information regarding how often you want the spider to return to your site and check the pages. If your site doesn't get updated often than you can set it to around 14 days, but average is 7.
<META NAME = robots – you can choose “index, follow” or “index, no follow”. Follow means that the spider will check though and list all of your pages within the index, and no follow means it will not list anything past the index. No follow is commonly used for private sites that only have visitors by invitation.
<META NAME = language – Place to enter the language the site is in.
<META NAME = keywords – The keywords chosen by you that represent what you would consider the most relivant words, phrases, or terms to what your website is about.
<META NAME = description – A short paragraph explaining what your site is about. This will show up in the google search listings.
